Shipping Locations

Cookifer currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, sales events, or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Cookifer is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cookifer is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.

If you experience an issue with a delivered package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim where applicable.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping packaging
